THE TWO CRIMES THAT CONSTITUTIONLY DISQUALIFY AND IMPEACH GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES, RIGHT NOW....AND HOW TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM... The U. S. Constitution details that government employees are "impeachable for high crimes and misdemeanors", explicitly, and, while it is true that impeachments may occur for virtually any crime (even for mere civil offenses), most (statutes and) codes effectively-represent impeachment as a "level of wrongdoing", somewhere in-between "civil"(upon a preponderance of the evidence, by a majority of the jury or more) and "criminal"(unanimous and beyond doubt), with those who are "convicted" by 2/3rds (or more) of the grand/trial jury of wrongoing, being impeached, and those convicted unanimously and beyond doubt (criminally), being automaticly-impeached and removed from office.
